Corporate Wellness Summit Planned in VA

On March 27, 2007, Wellness Coalition America and Primary PhysicianCare will team up with Halifax Regional Health System and Gateway Health Alliance to present a Corporate Wellness Summit in Danville, Virginia.  Our goal is to educate area business executives on the importance of initiating corporate wellness programs, which can help save money, but more importantly, save lives.

 

The summit will cover the benefits of: 

·    A full-service disease management (DM) program (as defined by the Disease Management Association of America).

·    Our proprietary web-based software platform, which allows us to utilize six different sources to identify people for DM.  It also provides the medical management staff with access to standard evidence-based practice guidelines and patient information.

·    Corporate wellness initiatives that include a broad spectrum of wellness services and educational tools such as: onsite health fairs, health screenings, seminars and workshops.
