Dear Friends of the Coalition,

Have you noticed something different about the Wellness Coalition America website? We just launched a new corporate wellness site that now lives at our old address: www.wellnesscoalition.com. We’ll use this site to show corporate clients how we can help them lower their healthcare costs and improve the overall health of their employees.

Now, when you’re looking for articles, videos, recipes, and other tools for living a healthier lifestyle, just type in www.trainforlifeamerica.com; or better yet, add it to your list of favorites. We hope you’ll visit this new Train for Life America site often and share what you like with your friends.

The theme of this month’s eZine focuses on a topic you can also share with the people who are most important to you. In “Gone Fishing for Health,” we help you navigate the fish market or your favorite seafood restaurant for the varieties that are healthiest, as well as show you how to prepare fish at home to avoid or minimize your consumption of contaminants such as mercury. We also explore the benefits of “Fishing for Relaxation” and include recipes for preparing delicious fish dishes at home in our “Culinary Corner.”

You will also find out “How Food Affects Cholesterol” as well as how high cholesterol affects your health. We’ve got “The Word on GERD,” which can begin as a case of chronic indigestion and can end up leading to serious health problems.

The article on “Biking Safety” includes expert advice on everything related to staying safe on a bike—from what you wear to how you equip your bike. And one of our wellness coaches answers a reader's question about ways to prevent arthritis through exercise.

Here's what's in this issue:

Find us on Facebook:
Wellness Coalition America has joined the social networking revolution—just one more way to spread
the word about what we're doing to promote healthy lifestyles.  We hope you'll look us up and become a
fan to follow our progress.  (Click the logo to the right
to find our Facebook page.)
Ask the Wellness Coach:
Do you have a question about ways you can MOVE, FUEL, RELAX, MAINTAIN, and CONNECT that you would like one of our WCA Wellness Coaches to answer?  Just submit your question through our online form, and if your question is selected, the answer will be posted on our website.  You may also benefit from reading the answers to other readers’ questions.

Corporate wellness programs in great demand:
The Wellness Coalition America team is delighted by the positive response to our corporate wellness programs.  We are now serving more than 70 corporations throughout the Southeast and are receiving new requests for information each week from company managers who recognize the need within their own organizations.  We encourage you to review some of the ways we can help you customize a program for your specific needs.  For more information, please contact Andrew Grose at andrew@wellnesscoalition.com.

This is the 72nd edition of our Wellness From Within eZine, but if this is your first time to receive it, welcome.  We hope you find this information useful.  We are committed to delivering relevant, easy-to-read articles on health, nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise that will help you achieve your personal best.  Please let us know how we can better serve you—we welcome your feedback!

With an abundance of gratitude,
