Spartanburg, SC, January 24, 2007 – Mary Black Health System and Wellness Coalition America are hosting a Health and Wellness Summit this Thursday, January 25th, for employers in the Spartanburg region. We believe that local physicians, working in conjunction with Wellness Coalition America, can effectively help employees to embrace healthy lifestyle behaviors,” said Dennis Jankowski, Executive Director, Mary Black HealthNetwork.
Terrie Reeves, Coalition founder and president, said, "We are looking forward to working with Mary Black Health System as community health advocates—educating, empowering and providing necessary tools to help employees make informed choices for leading healthier lives. Together, we also can provide effective disease management and wellness programs that can help area companies better manage and even reduce their healthcare costs. But it's not just about saving money...it's about impacting lives."
